Vilux Lighting is a registered private company based in Bagh Sardaran, Rawalpindi. The company primarily focuses on assembling a wide range of LED lighting products, including panel lights, bulbs, and SMD lights from 0W to 150W. Our products are supplied to customers and retailers across Pakistan.

Vilux Lighting aims to provide energy-efficient, affordable, and reliable LED solutions specially designed for the needs of local retailers, contractors, and households.

CUSTOMER POLICIES 

TERMS AND CONDITION

Orders: Check your details carefully before placing an order. Once confirmed, we start processing immediately.

Pricing: Prices are final at the time of purchase. Discounts apply only during active promotions.

Payment: Payment must be completed before delivery. Accepted methods are listed on our website/store.

Delivery: We aim to deliver on time but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Provide correct address and contact details.

Customer Responsibility: Use products as instructed and follow safety guidelines.

Warranty Policy

  • All VILUX products come with 12 Months warranty.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or mishandling is not covered.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required to claim warranty.

Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • Conditions for exchange:
    • Product must be unused
    • In original packaging
    • All accessories included
  • Exchanges allowed only for defective products or wrong items.
  • If the same item is out of stock, the customer may select a product of equal value or pay the difference.

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns not accepted for:
    • Used or damaged products
    • Missing packaging or accessories
    • “Change of mind” after use
  • Refunds processed within 3–7 working days after inspection.

Wrong or Damaged Delivery

  • Report any wrong or damaged product within 24–48 hours.
  • Send photos/videos for verification.
  • Replacement will be provided promptly.
